E17 Joseph Beaded Bag with Tiara shaped handle

A vintage gold beaded purse with a wire tiara shaped handle frame set with matching colored stones. Retailed by Redisch Bags of New York. Two stains from ink at the bottom of the lining each the size of a nickel. The beading is in excellent condition. From the picture it looks as if there are stains on the purse but that this is not the case. The beads are two-tone i.e. lighter and darker beads inset.
